Name: Vanilla buttercream

Servings: 3 cups
Ingredients:
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 cups confectioner's sugar
2 tbs. milk
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, cream vegetable shortening and butter.
2. Add vanilla.
3. While mixing, slowly add confectioner's sugar.
4. While mixing, add milk.
5. Put in fridge after use.
