Name: Cookie sugar icing
Ready in: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 500g confectioners' sugar
- 75ml skimmed milk
- 5ml vanilla extract
- 100g shortening
- food coloring (to choice)
- everything else you want to add
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the 500g confectioner's sugar and 100g shortening.
2. Slowly add the 75g skimmed milk. Mix well.
3. Slowly add the 5ml vanilla extract. Mix well.
4. Add food coloring if you want.
