Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:

3. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and confectioner's sugar.
4. While mixing, slowly add the chocolate mixture.
