Name: Chocolate buttercream

Servings: 3 cups
Ingredients:
3/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 cups confectioner's sugar
2 tbs. milk
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, cream vanilla extract, vegetable shortening and butter.
2. While mixing, add confectioner's sugar and cocoa.
4. While mixing, add milk.
5. Put in fridge after use.
This is a delicious chocolate frosting, with vanilla extract and cocoa. It's ready in minutes and perfect for cakes and cupcakes. The best comfort food, ready in a few minutes.
